Minutes of preparatory meeting

Present:
Dr.Wolfgang Faigle (HdM), Gottfried Ohnmacht (HdM), Dr. Ákokas Borbély (BMF), Rozália Szentgyörgyvölgyi (BMF), Dr. Zoltán Juvancz (BMF), Livia Kokas Palicska (BMF)

Points discussed:

  1. Exact date and span of EDMM '07: 08.19.2007 - 09.09.2007
  2. Courses begin with Surface design
  3. Courses will be held simultaneously during the three weeks
  4. Organizers welcome suggestions about arrival and departure dates of lecturers, but the finalizing of the schedule is the responsibility of the organizers
  5. Emphasis in Environmental and Print Media Management is modified: 2/3 EM 1/3 PM
  6. For EM and PM:
    • on behalf of HdM Dr. Faigle and his colleague (?) will be lecturers
    • lecturer from AVANS: Dr. Venselaar
    • lecturer from BUW: Dr Liebetruth
  7. Suggestions for free time visit: digital ECO-map, sewage plant or solar energy
  8. Local student hostel will accommodate students
  9. Lecturers will be free to make their choice of accommodation as last year
  10. Eco-design is added as topic for project work
  11. All participants (lecturers and students) must register on the EDMM 2007 homepage by the 31st of March (according to the deadlines in the application)
  12. Please send updated teaching materials before the 30th of March!
